deflickerFastTK

The term “deflicker” refers to the correction or mitigation of luminance variations, often in the form of unwanted flickering or pulsing, present in a sequence of images or video frames.
Slow-mo footage as well as stop-motion footage quite often suffers from this artifact. There are multiple commercially available and free solutions to resolve this issue.
Quite often you need to have whole range of tools available at your fingertips to see which one is attacking problem most effectively.
Fast de-flicker for Nuke with minimal set of parameters. It’s not most sophisticated de-flicker algorithm on the market but it’s fast and it’s proven to be very effective.
Tools is based on temporal median luminance transfer. It’s very fast and has some optimization methods in it such as resolution reduction.
I spend more than a decade working on a stop motion films and this issue is very common in stop motion. This tools saved me a lot of times and now you can use it too.
